The QCA Legal Committee assisted in preparing this letter to the European Commission, outlining the QCA's views on its proposals for an amending Directive to the Prospectus Directive and the current compromise text drafted by the Swedish Presidency Working Party. The QCA noted that it was dissapointed to the references to 'regulated markets' in some of the proposals, which would appear to not allow companies on AIM to take advantange of some concessions in the amending Directive.
