Our Financial Reporting and Corporate Governance Expert Groups contributed to our response to the IIRC's Consultation Draft of the International Integrated Reporting Framework, which proposes a new corporate reporting framework focused on concise communication about how an organisation’s strategy, governance, performance and prospects lead to the creation of value over the short, medium and long term. We stated that we believe that shareholders should remain the primary user and that we are concerned about the length of annual reports if these reports were directed at a wider audience.
