We have now published our Annual Review 2014. The review highlights the progress of our key campaigns, which are all focused on ensuring that small and mid-size quoted companies can continue to raise finance, grow and create employment. The review also summarises the work of our seven expert groups and runs through our events held over the past year, such as our Fund Manager Programme and Annual Conference.

The publication of our review follows our AGM, which was held on 7 October 2014. Members re-appointed six directors to the board – Michael Higgins, Jeremy Landau, Alan Newman, Julian Palfreyman, Richard Steele and Gervais Williams. The members also confirmed the appointment of Sam Smith, CEO of finnCap, to the board as of May 2014.
Paul Clarke, Non-Executive Director of the Thistle Pub Company, stepped down from the board. Paul was on the Quoted Companies Alliance’s board for nine years and was Deputy Chairman of the organisation from 2007 until 2011.
