Quoted Companies Alliance CEO Tim Ward has been invited to sit on the Department of Business, Innovation and Skill's (BIS) and the Financial Reporting Council's (FRC) European Issues Steering Group. The group has been set up to include a number of market and industry participants to develop common approaches to influencing European developments in the areas of corporate governance, audit and corporate reporting.
This group has developed following the European Commission's Audit Green Paper and its Corporate Governance Green Paper, expected in April 2011.
