A number of European organisations have come together to create the European IPO Report 2020.
QCA Chief Executive Tim Ward was involved in the taskforce for the report which provides a number of recommendations for making Europe's public equity markets work better for smaller companies.
This includes adapting regulations that the QCA have been involved with in the recent past, including CSDR, MiFID II, and the Prospectus Regulation.
