Our Corporate Governance Forum & Reception took place on the 12 June 2018 at Haberdashers' Hall in London sponsored by Allenby Capital, Winterflood Securities and Jordans LLP.
With the recent AIM rule change regarding companies applying a recognised corporate governance code the forum focused on the QCA Corporate Governance Code, but also explored corporate governance more widely.
Company directors from small and mid-size quoted companies participated in the discussion by voicing their questions on how they can address the new requirements and be ready for the 28 September deadline.
