The guide has been recently revised to better assist remuneration committees of small and mid-size quoted companies set pay for executive directors and senior management in a fair and reasonable way.
The event will take place at Wedlake Bell's new offices in the City and will allow participants to discuss directly with investors, advisers and regulators any aspects relevant to remuneration committees. Participants will be able to ask questions and hear the speakers' views on how remuneration committees can address key issues regarding setting remuneration in a way that aligns with creating shareholder value int he long-term.
