From 12 February 2015 pdf copies of our guides are free to download for our members. We hope that this will help you to learn more about best practice in corporate governance and that it creates better value for your membership to the Quoted Companies Alliance.
In order for members to be able to download our pdf guides free of charge, you must have a Quoted Companies Alliance website login. Your username is your email address and you can request your password by clicking 'Login' in the top right corner of any page on our website.
If you are not sure if you have a login or if you would like for any of your colleagues to have a login, please email us.
Members of the Quoted Companies Alliance will continue to receive one free hardcopy of our guides. Subsequent hardcopies will be an additional charge (at a discounted price for members), which covers our production costs. Non-members will continue to be charged for both pdfs and hardcopies of our guides.
Please remember that our guides continue to be for individual-use only and are copyrighted material.
