Over the last few months, we have been revising our 2010 Corporate Governance guide to take into account recent developments. In particular, the governance of companies and the relationship between companies and their shareholders has become a matter of much greater scrutiny.
Our revised Corporate Governance Code for Small and Mid-Size Quoted Companies focuses on engagement between companies and their shareholders, the prime importance of companies delivering good quality explanations and the benefits to public company of good governance and its role in helping to deliver growth.
Our 2013 Corporate Governance Code for Small and Mid-Size Quoted Companies will be published on 1 May 2013 at a launch event at the London Stock Exchange.
