PLUS appoints new Chairman and CEO

PLUS Markets Group announced earlier this month a management shake-up. Giles Vardey, formerly a director at the London Stock Exchange, was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman, while CEO Simon Brickles took on a new role as Vice Chairman, focusing on international activity. Cyril Theret, previously Business Development Director at PLUS, has stepped into the role of Chief Executive as of 15 February 2010.
